Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In large mixing bowl, combine hashbrowns, onion, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese, and pepper. Place in greased 9x13 casserole dish, and top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. |
