Directions:
Flour stew meat. Brown meat in oil in stock pot. Add hot water and carrots. Stir in salt and pepper. Gently boil for 1 1/4 hours. Peel and chop onion and potatoes; add to pot. Add brown gravy mix to pot; stir well with whisk. Simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until potatoes and carrots are tender and stew has reached desired thickness. |
