Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Quarter potatoes and put into a gallon-sized Ziploc bag. Add remaining ingredients to potatoes, and shake bag until potatoes are coated in oil and seasonings. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake potatoes at 350 degrees for at least 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Serve hot. |
