| Ingredients: 3 Pound(s) boneless skinless chicken breast 1 Cup(s) all-purpose flour 1/4 Cup(s) cornmeal 1 Teaspoon(s) salt 3 Cup(s) canola oil 12 Ounce(s) Frank's Red Hot sauce |
Directions:
Slice chicken breasts into desired size. In a sealed bag, marinate chicken in bottle of hot sauce overnight (minimum 1 hour, maximum 24 hours -- the longer you marinate it, the hotter it will be!). Heat oil in deep skillet to 350 degrees. Combine flour, corn meal, and salt in a resealable bag. Add chicken, and shake until coated. Fry chicken until fully cooked, approx. 10-15 minutes depending on size and thickness of chicken pieces. Place on paper towels 2-3 minutes to absorb oil before eating. |
